Designed with paper recycling in mind
PAPTIC features a wood-fibre-based facestock manufactured using processes and chemicals comparable to conventional papermaking. The fibre is sourced from modern, low-emission pulp suppliers.
The self-adhesive construction includes a UV-cured acrylic adhesive. Although the adhesive is polymer-based, the complete product performs exceptionally well in paper recycling: testing based on the CEPI recyclability method resulted in only 1.35% total reject – far below the 20% limit used to determine recyclability.
The material’s safety and compliance are supported by an ISEGA certificate and a Declaration of Compliance covering requirements including REACH, RoHS and the absence of phthalates.
