Activity booklet for “Adventure Hanse with PLAYMOBIL” exhibition in Museum Lüneburg
“We chose XTAC by Stafix as the material as it is tear-resistant, moisture-resistant, and the stickers can be repositioned if they don’t sit properly the first time”

For the special exhibition “Adventure Hanse with PLAYMOBIL” by diorama artist Oliver Schaffer, we developed an activity booklet for young explorers. The booklet brings the exhibition’s themes to life in a playful way, introducing children to them through fun and engaging activities. The illustrations were created by Lüneburg-based artist Swantje Crone, while the graphic concept was developed by graphic designer Sonja Allmann.
The booklet guides children through the entire exhibition: Each station features a riddle and a fun sticker-based search activity. Once children find the hidden PLAYMOBIL figure in the scene, they can place the matching sticker on the corresponding page of the booklet. This encourages children to look closely and actively explore the scenes rather than simply passing by. By the end of their visit, the booklet is completely filled with stickers and serves as a keepsake of their experience.
For the stickers, we were looking for a product with the feel and play value of classic collectible stickers that would stay reliably in place on a paper booklet. Several thousand sticker sheets measuring 20 × 20 cm, each with 14 kiss-cut motifs, had to fit exactly into the designated fields of the booklet. We chose XTAC by Stafix as the material as it is tear-resistant, moisture-resistant, and the stickers can be repositioned if they don’t sit properly the first time.
The stickers arrived on time and convinced us with a very sharp print quality. The children are so excited about their sticker booklet that we already had to reprint them. The collaboration went smoothly, and we had a dedicated contact person who quickly clarified any questions.
